On February 16, 2023The City of Cleveland issued a Boil Water Notice due to a 2” water main break at the following locations:
Intersection of Woodmen Hall Road and Church Street in the direction of Blue Creek. This area includes all of Old Blue Creek Road as well as Yonah Springs, Pinky and Betty’s Place Road, Owen’s Drive, Bedney Lane, Holcomb Drive, Clear Springs Lane, and all of Woodlands Camp. This notice will affect the City of Cleveland water customers located at locations along these roads.
Due to this main break and repair, the City issued a boil water notice to the local media via White County News Telegraph and WRWH 93.9 FM AM 1350 for the affected customers. The notice is required by the EPD. This notice is to insure the safety of the drinking water to the city’s customers in the event of the possibility of a contaminant entering the system.
*******The EPD has confirmed with the City that all test are clear and the Boil Water Notice has been lifted.*********
