The Cleveland City Council shall hold two (2) Public Hearings on the question of whether the issuance of licenses for the package sale of distilled spirits in the City of Cleveland shall be permitted. The initial public hearing was held during the regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Monday, July 11, at 6:30 p.m. at the Cleveland Police Department/Oak Springs Center, located at 342 Campbell Street.
A second Public Hearing will be held at a Called Meeting on Monday, July 25, at 6:30 p.m. at the Cleveland Police Department/Oak Springs Center. All interested citizens are invited to attend. Following the public input, the City Council will discuss and consider action. A copy of the proposed ballot question to be considered by the Cleveland City Council is available for public inspection at Cleveland City Hall, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
